How It Works

	You transfer cash, securities or other property to Fox Chase Cancer Center .
	Beginning on a specified date in the future, Fox Chase begins to pay you, or up to two annuitants you name, fixed annuity payments for life.
	At the death of the annuitant(s), the principal is retained by Fox Chase Cancer Center to support its programs.
